As a Bellingham home inspector, I do full inspections of homes in Whatcom, Skagit and Island Counties. It is important in our damp environment to hire a home inspector who can legally identify damage from wood destroying organisms. For a number of years, I have taught a college course on identifying and inspecting for wood destroying organisms.
