The Road Less Traveled

I was going through my photos from a trip to Italy and I ran across this one. This is a street in the city of Assisi, a town at high elevation. To get where you want to go in those mountain towns, you have to do some work that involves huffing and puffing.

 

On this particular Sunday morning it was quite evident that my wife and I were the only ones who chose to tread upon the infamous "road less traveled".
