Crawl Space Swat Gear

I was moments away from entering a crawl space which the seller told me had, in the past, been a hangout for rats. This was an inside the house crawl space hatch. I had just opened the hatch, put on my respirator and it was time to go down under.

It just so happened that, next to me, was a mirror. I took this photo of one home inspector who is dressed in his SWAT outfit to deal with the unknown creatures below.

Thanks for stopping by,

Wow, there was already an inspector down there?  What timing!  Coincidence?  You being followed?  Or are you following somebody else?

Crawlspaces... the absolute worst thing about the job! (At least IMHO).

Hi Steve, Glad to see you wear a respirator. I wear one in attics, crawls, smoking homes, old moldy homes. I did an inspection a couple weeks ago for a doctor that insisted the immune system could handle all the above....I didn't buy it and donned my respirator. jay  ps: did you find any rodents?

Nope, did not see any eye to eye.

Crawl space? What's a crawl space? I recall seeing ol Charlie B disappearing down a floor hatch earlier this summer. I thought I heard some sobbing while he was down in there, but I couldn't be sure.

Jim that was probably "grunting"----then again probably "sobbing"

Steve, if you plan to pose for pictures, you need to comb your hair.  LOL
